“We had engaged all employees of our manufacturing plant into a culture transformation — achieving huge reduction of waste of material, significant improvement of delivery performance and exceptional operational efficiency.
Although the journey took us three years — first results at both people and numbers side showed up immediately after we started the process, incrementaly cumulating over time; exceeding our expectations.
Our journey had began with 2 years of searching for a training or advisory company without success — till the moment we met the facilitator who spoke manufacturing language and had proven to us the cultural change process will have a real business impact. ”

Adapting the Process to Accelerate Change along the Way
First Step
We help the CEO elevate his/her vision to a highly impactful profound state.
We engage top team members into explorative future-focused interviews. We also analyze available strategic materials, and create a simple yet powerful pitch about the Profound Vision of the CEO with a Roadmap that aligns ideas showing the streamlined way forward.
Second Step
We facilitate with the CEO a strategic gap exploration workshop with the Top Team.
We explore five gaps that hold founders’ visions back: commitment, clarity, confidence, continuity and culture. We also help identify business, technical and operational barriers — that can potentially hinder the progress of the change and limit bottom-up initiatives along the way.
Third Step
We orchestrate a powerful large group workshop to explore the gaps further.
We engage top 50-70 leaders and experts. We set up cross-functional teams that are passionate and commited to address selected gaps and challenges during the process. That approach in itself starts changing the dynamic of cross functional collaboration at scale.
Fourth Step
We set up a series of 3 to 9 distinct execution acceleration workshops.
We engage all the people that have been involved in the transformation. Each and every workshop builds on the results of the previous one. Workshops are designed to accelerate necessary changes, share improvements across the organization, and reinforce results achieved during the execution by all cross functional teams.
Fifth Step
We close the process with a large scale strategic intervention event.
We engage 150 up to 500 employees. The event is powered by our future-focused interviews, dynamic empowerment tools, and unique story-telling techniques. It is designed to capitalize on the outcomes, to reinforce further progress and innovation at large scale, as well as accelerate adoption of the change across the entire organization.
Sixth Step
We empower top leaders with individual advisory or mentoring sessions.
We engage experienced CxO level experts in the domain of: Retail, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Disruptions, Business Growth, Customer Journeys, Brand Awareness, Digital Business Model Transformations, Start Up Mentality, and Strategic AI. Meetings are anchored into the process — to bring innovation along the way.
Strong Aspirations, Passion and Mutual Commitment to Deliver:
Accelerated business growth and market innovation,
Improved time to market of key strategic initiatives,
Maximized value capturing from new opportunities,
Reduced waste of time, resources and money,
Streamlined engagement and pro-activeness.
“We did a series of workshop starting with board and then top management team over 5 months. As a result our cooperation between trade marketing, operations and supply chain improved immediately, top management culture changed, empowerment of lower levels become evident, mutual commitment to increase revenue and market share was visible in number of initiatives.
Finally months after finishing the program there was a visible change of trend in market share and revenue”
