Two individual meetings accompany the first step:
Executive Interview (30 min): a one-on-one conversation to capture the future of business models in the digital era from the perspective of the leader, his / her vision, values, experiences, and beliefs.
Deep Exploratory Interview (45–60 min): a conversation that deepens questions and provokes to look at the challenges of transformation from a different perspective: the quality of leadership in building organizational culture.

Breakfast & Insights (2 hours): the heart of the program. During the meeting, we will invite you to discuss the key findings from our research on The Future of Digital Business Models and discover the Strategy 5.0 concept, two initiatives that set the direction for organizational transformation and redefine the role of leadership in the digital era. They show how to engage people not only through processes, but above all through work experience and meaning, that the organization brings into the lives of its employees.

It is a space where personal experiences, inner aspirations, vision, and goals come face to face with authentic self-reflection guided by the mentor. Executive Human Touch (after 3 months): a follow-up meeting that provides an opportunity to see how ideas and inspirations have been put into action. It is also a continuation of the dialogue between leaders, sharing the results, personal difficulties, and reflections, that have arisen during the transformation process. Above all, it is about connecting with the human aspects of change, those insights and experiences that have grown from mutual inspiration and collaboration.
