Over 52 individual discussions with leaders representing a vast variety of sectors and geographies. I am aware it is not enough to shape the understanding of the future of leadership. For me personally, it is good enough to start uncovering opportunities that emerge in front of us—far better than extrapolating the future looking at historical data through the lens of AI.

We live in times when technological progress moves far beyond what we could have imagined. Access to information, tools, and automations can free us from routines anda everyday burdens.
To realize the full potential of technology, we need to acknowledge one simple fact: we slept through advancements in the evolution of our human side. Understanding of ourselves, empathy, and authenticity definitely need more attention.
The world is in the shape it is. Conflicts, egotistic agendas, and overwhelming loneliness can cease when we choose collectively a new path forward.
The hope stays with young generations of people who bring a totally new perspective to the table. Their desire to live authentic and balanced lives, address their real needs, and preserve the future of next generations to come is shaking old managerial and organizational paradigms.
We will excel in the new era that is coming if we do start learning from young people. Rather than resisting the change as our parents and grandparents were when we were changing their old paradigms, we should rather open up.
